CC ACK Beach House: Open for the Season!
I just returned from Memorial Day weekend on Nantucket and our home is officially open for the season. We're still putting a few finishing touches on the home, but we're very excited to finally be able to enjoy it during the best season on island, summer!
My family has moved quite a bit over the past five years. In 2020, we bought our first home in California, which became the original Cailíní Coastal Show House. Just 18 months later, we sold it and relocated to the East Coast, where we built a home in coastal Connecticut. And now, we've completed our third (and final - for many decades!) home - this time, a true beach house, on Nantucket.

What makes this home especially unique is that it’s our family’s vacation home and a full expression of my personal style. While designing each of our homes has been a joy, nothing has compared to the experience of creating this one. It’s pure coastal bliss - with no limitations to the amount of stripes, shells and whales! I felt completely free in the design process, and I think that’s what makes it so special.
Cailíní Coastal has always been about more than just the décor, it’s about the emotional experience a home can create. A sense of escapism, calm, and joy can be created through a home. This Nantucket house brings that vision to life!
