Local Pickup

For our neighbors in the Connecticut area, we are pleased to offer local pickup for all items in our In Stock & Ready to Shi p collection form our Norwalk Warehouse.

How It Works:

Select Pickup at Checkout: Add eligible items to your cart and select "Pickup" at checkout.
Wait for Notification: Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email notification. Please do not head to the warehouse until you have received this specific email, as your order will not be ready.
Pick Up Your Order: The notification email will contain the warehouse address and pickup hours. Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell and have your order number ready. A member of our team will bring your order directly to the door for collection.

Please note, we will hold your order for 5 business days following the notification that your order is ready for pickup. If you cannot make it within that window, please email us at support@cailinicoastal.com to request an extension and avoid cancellation. Orders not picked up within 5 days (without an extension) will be cancelled and refunded.
