General Information
We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders include shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout. Our shipping and handling rates reflect the actual costs incurred from our carrier partners to safely package and deliver your items.
All parcel-sized orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Lead Times
Please note that there may be a delay between label creation and carrier pickup.
Furniture Shipping
Many of our furniture pieces are delivered via trusted third-party delivery partners during standard weekday operating hours. Once your order is ready, the local carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If any damage or issues are visible, refuse the delivery and note “damaged” on the Bill of Lading. If you accept a delivery without noting damage, we may be unable to process a damage claim.
All damage claims must be reported to support@cailinicoastal.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after that window may be declined. We will review and respond to all furniture damage claims within 3 – 5 business days and will determine whether the piece will be repaired or replaced based on the nature of the issue.
Storage & Redelivery Fees
If a delivery appointment is confirmed and the customer is unavailable to receive the order, or if the carrier cannot reach the customer to schedule delivery within a reasonable timeframe, the item may be rerouted to a warehouse or held at the carrier’s facility. In such cases, any storage, handling, or redelivery fees incurred will be billed to the customer. Cailini Coastal cannot assume responsibility for costs associated with a customer’s delay or unavailability to accept delivery.

Certain furniture items require Premium White Glove Delivery due to their size, weight, or delicate nature. This service includes:

Pre-Order & Product Availability
Our team works diligently to keep inventory and shipping timelines as accurate as possible. However, production or transit delays may occur. Should an item’s estimated delivery window change, we’ll notify you promptly and ship all available items separately.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable sales tax based on state and local regulations. Prices, availability, and delivery rates are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies in pricing, descriptions, or images.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cailíní Coastal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
