LEAD TIMES
In stock items typically ship in 1-2 business days, during peak holiday our lead time extends to 3-5 business days. All items shipping directly from our vendors (including all mirrors, lighting, rugs, ginger jars, wallpaper, bedding, select art and select decor) typically ship in 2-4 weeks. Pieces from our furniture collection may incur additional lead times depending on their delivery method. Please visit individual product pages for the most accurate estimated shipping lead times.
Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship once in stock. Please note that the dates are estimates and are subject to change. You will still be charged upon check-out for PRE-ORDER items. An email confirmation with tracking details will be sent at the time of shipment.
During promotional periods lead times may be extended.
FURNITURE SHIPPING
Many of our furniture items will be delivered third-party by a delivery service provider during their weekday operating hours. Once ready to be delivered, a local delivery carrier agent representative will reach out to you directly to schedule a time that works for you to deliver your piece.
We ask that you take the time to review your delivery upon its arrival and provide a signature upon receipt. If the packaging or the item has obvious damage or is otherwise incorrect, refuse the shipment and mark the Bill of Lading packing slip as “damaged."

Due to the size, weight and/or fragile nature of certain furniture items, Premium White Glove Delivery is required. This includes in room placement, including 30 minutes of light assembly, up to one flight of stair carry. We always remove debris and clean the area so you can enjoy your Cailíní Coastal purchase right away!

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to international locations, although we hope to in the future!

Chappaquiddick Wool Rug
Our Chappaquiddick Wool Rug offers luxury in a beautifully simplistic ivory color with a complementary surged border. While this versatile rug is neutral in color, its texture adds interest to any space and offers the softness of a 100% wool rug.
This rug comes from a designer-loved custom rug brand and is made-to-order. It is available with or without an attached non-skid rug pad. This durable rug backing is recommended for hard surfaces and is approximately 1/16" thick.

- Care Instructions: Never saturate your carpet with water or cleaner; this will stain it. Any method that involves saturation with water, such as steam cleaning, hot water extraction or wet shampooing should NOT be used. These methods can cause shrinkage, dimensional changes, and staining of natural fibers. When liquid spills occur, blot up (do not rub) immediately with a clean, dry, undyed cloth. If the spilled material is solid, scrape up what you can with a dull edge spatula.
