Sailors Knot Floor Lamp

We will review and respond to all furniture damage claims within 3–5 business days and will determine whether the piece will be repaired or replaced based on the nature of the issue.
Storage & Redelivery Fees
If a delivery appointment is confirmed and the customer is unavailable to receive the order, or if the carrier cannot reach the customer to schedule delivery within a reasonable timeframe, the item may be rerouted to a warehouse or held at the carrier’s facility. In such cases, any storage, handling, or redelivery fees incurred will be billed to the customer. Cailini Coastal cannot assume responsibility for costs associated with a customer’s delay or unavailability to accept delivery.
Premium White Glove Delivery
Certain furniture items require Premium White Glove Delivery due to their size, weight, or delicate nature. This service includes:
- In-room placement
- Light assembly
- Carry up one flight of stairs
- Removal of all packaging materials
