ORDERS & PAYMENTS
When will I be billed for my order?
All orders are charged in full at the time of checkout, including pre-orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We’ve partnered with Affirm to offer monthly payment options for purchases over $250.
Your rate will vary from 0–36% APR based on eligibility.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. All payment data is encrypted during transmission and securely stored using PCI-compliant technology to ensure your information remains private.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Are there any discount exclusions?
Certain items and categories are excluded from all discounts and promotions. These include:
Clearance, Seasonal/Holiday, Wallpaper Samples, Original Art, Gift Cards, and select Furniture, Lighting, Mirrors, and Décor.

Can discount codes be combined?
Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to sale items.
Do you offer price adjustments?
At this time, we do not offer price adjustments for purchases made before promotional events.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days.
During peak holiday or promotional periods, shipping may take 5–7 business days.
For products shipping directly from our partners (such as furniture, lighting, rugs, or art), please refer to individual product pages for the most accurate estimated lead times.
Will I receive all my items at the same time?
Some items may ship separately depending on their origin. We’ll provide tracking details for each shipment.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates are based on item weight and size. Larger pieces (such as lighting, mirrors, and rugs) incur higher rates. Furniture may ship via UPS/FedEx or White Glove Delivery. More details are available on our Shipping Information page.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
How do I make a return?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Order changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet shipped or entered production.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & QUALITY
What if the product I want is out of stock?
Some items will return, while others, like limited editions, one-of-a-kind, or seasonal products, will not.
Please contact support@cailinicoastal.com and we’ll be happy to confirm if or when an item will be restocked.
Where are Cailíní Coastal products made?
We source from a curated network of artisans and makers around the world who share our passion for craftsmanship and quality. Product origins and materials are listed on individual product pages.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@cailinicoastal.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help right away.
COMPANY INFORMATION
What does Cailíní Coastal mean?
Cailíní Coastal (pronounced CAH-lean-ee) means “coastal girls” in Irish, an homage to our founder Meg Young’s daughters and their families’ heritage
Does Cailíní Coastal have a store?
We’re currently online-only, but we hope to welcome you into our first Cailíní Coastal retail space in Darien Connecticut opening late 2026!
Do you offer a trade program?
Not yet, but it’s something we’re actively developing to better support our design community. Stay tuned! In the meantime, our Customer Care Team will be happy to support you with your projects. Please email support@cailinicoastal.com with any questions.
Are you open to collaborations or influencer partnerships?
Yes! We partner with content creators through the LTK Network and our affiliate program.
